About the Role

Are you an organised, tech-savvy communicator looking to dive into a large-scale HR data project? We’re seeking three HR Administrators to join an ongoing data normalisation project in a public sector environment. This full-time, temporary role runs until 30 June 2025 — an excellent opportunity to build HR and data experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Support a data normalisation project alongside an established team.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather and verify data.
  • Work across multiple systems, platforms, and spreadsheets.
  • Follow set processes while thinking critically to solve data challenges.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all data tasks.


What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to follow directions while thinking outside the box.
  • Tech-savvy and confident navigating various systems and spreadsheets.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
  • NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency preferred.
