Job Description

The Role

The role is critical in ensuring overall subcontractor and worker compliance within the Auckland Council Contract. You will be responsible for enabling subcontractor and employee compliance to Ventia prequalification and subcontractor procurement processes, legislative and contractual compliance requirements. This role will develop and maintain a sustainable governance framework for compliance reporting.

You will work closely with the project leads, local SHEQ representatives, operational leaders and support functions including commercial, learning and development, Customer Service and the Field-based teams, to ensure all our workers are compliant against Ventia.

About you

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in prioritising demands, meeting deadlines and delivering desired results by taking ownership and using effective self and time management approaches.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong commercial acumen in insurance, with a deep understanding of the industry
  • Skilled in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
