Job Description


Lumenalta is looking for a detail-oriented IT Service Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth IT service operations, troubleshooting incidents, and continuously improving service delivery. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance our IT service management processes.

This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be available to work UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor IT services and proactively identify issues before they impact operations.
  • Respond to and resolve IT service requests and incidents in a timely manner.
  • Work with IT teams to analyze recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
  • Maintain and improve IT service documentation, including workflows and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance IT service processes and efficiency.
  • Use ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) to track and manage tickets.
  • Assist with change management and service improvement initiatives.


Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in an IT Service Analyst or IT Support role.
  • ITSM Knowledge: Familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL certification is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and monitoring tools.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Availability: Must be able to fully work UK hours (GMT timezone).


Salary: 2000 USD per month
