Job Description

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented and highly organised HR Administrator to join our team at our Castlecliff plant based in Whanganui.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining robust employee records
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Assisting with performance management and disciplinary processes
  • Overseeing contractor induction and compliance
  • Supporting various other administration departments as necessary


Qualifications

We are looking for a person that can juggle multiple complex priorities and deadlines. Previous exposure to recruiting, incident investigation, report writing and the implementation of ‘best practice’ HR and procedures would be advantageous.
