Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join our collaborative team of professionals. In this role, you'll be the face of our business—greeting clients, managing a busy front desk, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

What will your typical week look like?

  • Perform reception duties and liaise with clients in person and over the phone.
  • Manage client data and review reports, including timesheets, billings, and expenses.
  • Oversee AML compliance, prepare agreements, process invoices, and manage WIP.
  • Provide diary management, book travel, prepare agendas, take minutes, and compile documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Supporting the advisers, partners, and corporate staff with day-to-day administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Contribute to the Client Services team to ensure exceptional client service and compliance with SLAs and regulations.

  • Proven experience in office administration with strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build effective client and stakeholder relationships
  • A detail-oriented multitasker with strong time management skills, adaptability, and initiative.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
