Admin & Sales Support β Anchorage Family Estate
Location: Brooklyn, Motueka
Job Type: Part-time (two days per week, with possible additional hours as the position evolves)
About Us:
Anchorage Family Estate is an award winning family-run business dedicated to producing high-quality wines and offering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin & Sales Support person to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and management team
- Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email and cellar door
- Assist in organizing events, tastings, and promotional activities
- Maintain and update databases, Xero, online customers
- Support social media and email marketing efforts as required
- General office administration, including filing and correspondence
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, sales support, or customer service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Xero Accounting
- Interest in the wine industry (knowledge of wine is a plus but not essential)
