Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Executive Assistant to join our leadership team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of operations, supporting the leadership team to ensure smooth day-to-day management and helping maintain our commitment to excellence.



To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:


  • Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work closely with senior management and provide seamless support.
  • Advanced skills in Office 365 and Canva.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with efficiency.
  • Strong work ethic, time management skills, and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Assist with payroll processing and other financial support.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for the hospitality industry.
