About the role

This role is based in our Auckland head office in stunning Wynyard Quarter. Reporting into the Data & Integration Manager, this role is responsible for leading the work with the Data and Integration team to build new system integrations as required, automate deployment with apt quality gates, facilitate the transition from new build to business support and proactively deliver continuous improvements.



You will


  • Lead, design and implement quality integrations
  • Automate deployment pipelines with good quality gates for data and integration.
  • Support and maintain existing integrations and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Be accountable for the timely delivery of assigned deliverables by working closely with the internal and external teams
  • Facilitate the transition of new integrations to BAU state



What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of development experience
  • 3-5 years of Azure Experience
  • API development Experience
  • Working knowledge of modern authentication & authorization protocols.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skill
  • Strong continuous improvement mindset and a 'service attitude'
  • Fundamental understanding of integration:


o Protocols and formats such as OData, SOAP, File-Based, Database)

o Patterns (Asynchronous communication, Event-driven architecture etc.)

o Designing robust integrations
