What you'll do:

As a Digital Contents Creator, you will be our client's go-to creative all-rounder.

  • Develop engaging content across digital channels including social media, YouTube, email, and in-app messaging.
  • Engage with the educational community through comments, messages, and user-generated content opportunities.
  • Create and edit engaging short-form videos including Instagram Reels, quick tutorials, and testimonials.
  • Design static content for marketing and social channels that drives engagement while aligning with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with content marketing managers, the wider marketing team, and sales team to plan and develop content that aligns with shared goals and initiatives.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of social channels, including community engagement, post scheduling, and monitoring.
  • Write clear, engaging copy for always-on content needs including social media posts, community responses, blog posts, and everyday marketing materials.


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Digital Contents Creator role is a creative all-rounder who loves crafting engaging content and building online communities.

  • 2-3 years experience in a content creation, social media or relevant role.
  • Strong creative skills across multiple formats - ability to write engaging copy, create basic designs, and edit social videos.
  • Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Solid understanding of social community management.
  • Basic graphic design skills and experience with tools like Canva, Adobe or Figma.
  • Video creation and editing abilities.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
