Join our team as a Catering Supervisor (Production Team Lead) at the Central Production Kitchen in Eden Park, where you'll oversee daily operations and the performance of catering team members. You'll ensure all tasks related to food production, front and back of house services, and general support are performed with due regard for Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

  • Supervise, monitor, lead, and allocate tasks fairly and safely to employees during shifts.
  • Ensure employees conform to HACCP requirements and manage non-conformance.
  • Assist with meal preparation, service, and dispatch of deliveries.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and tidy kitchen operations, adhering to HACCP and Food Control Plan requirements.
  • Conduct hazard hunts, safety walks, and promote a safety-first mindset within your team.

  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Flexible approach and attitude, with good communication skills.
  • Physically fit, reliable, and hardworking.
  • Experience leading and motivating teams in a similar role.
  • Valid, current, and full Class 1 New Zealand Drivers Licence.
