What You’ll Do:

  • Inspire families and students through consultations and academic assessments.
  • Present Crimson’s innovative products with confidence and impact.
  • Build lasting relationships with families, partners, and organizations.
  • Ideate and implement creative lead-generation strategies with marketing teams.
  • Represent Crimson at school talks, expos, and events.
  • Identify new markets and opportunities for growth and partnerships.


What you will bring:

  • A proven ability to excel in sales or consultative roles, with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Exceptional communication skills that combine charisma, storytelling, and influence.
  • A quick, adaptable mind eager to take on diverse challenges and think globally.
  • An understanding of education or college admissions—or a willingness to master it.
  • Passion for meaningful work that changes lives.


Bonus skills: familiarity with Salesforce, fluency in another language, or expertise in international education.
