Role: Planning and Inventory Coordinator – Monday to Friday - 6am – 2.30pm

Role Overview:
Based at our Onehunga site, our Planning and Inventory Coordinator will play a critical role in our production planning and ability to meet our customer promise. You will monitor workflow, inventory balances, and stock movements, ensuring the safe execution and basic maintenance of our facility's processes. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain efficient work schedules and truck delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with transport providers and operational leaders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain stock levels through effective cycle counting and investigation.
  • Order consumables and follow up on goods not received as expected.
  • Communicate order updates to customers.


Skills & Qualifications:
This is a varied role, requiring someone with strong administration and computer literacy as well as the ability to multitask, prioritise and remain organised in a busy environment. Ideally, we’re also looking for;

  • 1 – 2 years experience in a similar environment with experience in planning, scheduling or inventory preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply reason and logic to operational and administrative issues.
  • Highly dependable, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to upholding high customer service standards and solutions-focused approach.
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
