The Role: Registered Nurse | Urgent Care

About the Role | He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga-

We are seeking experienced urgent care registered nurses to work in our temporary services team- ideally someone wanting part time or casual work to meet an increasing demand for urgent nurses. You will have a range of options to choose from.

Agency nursing can offer you the flexibility and work life balance to work around your commitments. Every so often we would pre booking you ahead of schedule so you’ll know in advance when you will be required- We work with your availability!

You will have 2 years minimum experience in an urgent care setting or emergency department. Ideally you will have casting ability, proficient knowledge in Medtech Evoloution, ACLS trained, competent administering IM, IV and oral medication and wound care knowledge. If you do not have all of the above, please still reach out to us!

Location: Across Auckland

Shifts: AM, PM, NIGHTS (Weekend shifts also available if you want extra $$)

What you will bring | Nga tohungatanga mo tenei turanga

Essential:

  • New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate
  • At least 2 years recent RN experience an urgent care setting or emergency department
  • Must have a valid CPR


Desirable:

  • Proficient knowledge in Medtech Evolution Use
  • Upper and lower limb casting ability
  • ACLS trained
  • Resuscitation experience
  • Competent administrating IM, IV and oral medication
  • IV cannulation trained
