Lead from the front! Take charge and inspire your team to deliver exceptional home-based / community healthcare services that exceed expectations. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership, staff development, and effective business management within your assigned region. Your role will involve implementing service delivery models aligned with our values, ensuring quality assurance, and meeting contractual requirements. You will oversee financial sustainability, develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, and promote the capacity and potential of homecare services. Additionally, you will contribute to market intelligence, expand business opportunities, and implement quality and health and safety systems.

  • Implement a service delivery model aligned with our values and contractual requirements
  • Ensure financial sustainability and report on the implementation of strategies and financial performance
  • Recruit, develop, and support staff to meet performance criteria and contribute to organisational objectives
  • Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders and promote the Access brand within the region
  • Build strong relationships! Establish effective communication channels and partnerships with stakeholders, working together to create a seamless and holistic approach to care.
  • Conduct market intelligence, assist in tender preparation, and work towards business growth
  • Implement quality and health and safety systems and ensure branch compliance
  • Escalate any material reputational, clinical risk, or privacy breach to appropriate management

  • Proficiency in effectively managing the financial performance of a profit centre
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking

  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Sensitivity to equity issues, people with disabilities, and cultural and social needs
  • IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and internet research
