Job Description

KidsCan is a leading not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing essential resources to children in need across New Zealand. They are seeking an ECE Programme Specialist to oversee the day-to-day delivery of their Early Childhood (ECE) Programme, which supports children under five in need. This role ensures the smooth daily operations and management of customer queries and issues. Cultural competency in both Māori and Pasifika communities is highly valued in this role

What you'll do:

As an ECE Programme Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the Early Childhood (ECE) Programme. You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations, manage customer queries, and contribute to the successful development and implementation of targeted projects within the programme. Your role will also involve facilitating the onboarding process for new partner ECEs, maintaining comprehensive records of all customer interactions, conducting monthly visits to partner ECEs, and preparing monthly reports on programme status.

  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the ECE Programme
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and manage customer queries
  • Support the ECE Manager with the development and enhancement of additional projects and programmes
  • Assist in the creation and documentation of processes for the ECE Programme
  • Execute the daily delivery of the ECE Programme
  • Provide high level of customer service for ECE customers and internal partners
  • Facilitate and co-ordinate the onboarding process for new partner ECEs
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on programme status, performance metrics, and issues
