Expression of Interest: Data Analytics Lead, Data Engineer, AI/ML Developer, and AI & ML Solution Architect Senior Manager

As part of an exciting new project, we are seeking highly skilled professionals for the following roles based in Auckland: Data & Analytics Lead, Data Engineer, AI/ML Developer, and AI & ML Solution Architect Senior Manager. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to showcase your experience and expertise while working on large, complex projects that leverage the latest technologies in data management, AI, and cloud-native services.

1. Data Analytics Lead

As a Data Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for gathering, engineering, and preparing data for consumers to drive smarter decision-making. You will leverage a broad range of analytical tools and techniques to provide quantitative and qualitative insights and play a key role in integrating systems and data for optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large teams using an onshore/offshore delivery model.
  • Manage relationships with senior client leadership.
  • Drive data management, architecture, and cloud-native data services.
  • Deliver solutions for Big Data, Data Lake, Data Warehousing, and more.


2. Data Engineer

In the Data Engineer role, you will be involved in delivering and supporting Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, driving decision-making through the development of data models and systems, and working closely with partners to integrate complex systems and data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build data models and solutions for large-scale business intelligence and reporting.
  • Develop forecasts, statistical models, and data-driven insights to enhance customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Design and implement changes to schema, reporting solutions, and BI dashboards.
  • Lead the integration of data systems and develop effective deployment strategies.


3. AI/ML Developer

As an AI/ML Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing AI and Machine Learning (ML) solutions to solve complex business problems. You will work with cutting-edge technologies to build scalable pipelines, deploy models, and customize AI/ML systems for specific business use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build AI/ML systems leveraging cloud AI services.
  • Develop scalable data pipelines for model training and production.
  • Apply deep learning models, Gen AI, and high-performance computing algorithms.
  • Engage in R&D for AI models to address complex problems.


4. AI & ML Solution Architect Senior Manager

As the AI & ML Solution Architect Senior Manager, you will focus on designing and implementing advanced data-driven solutions using AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI technologies. You will collaborate with clients and development teams to scale AI/ML solutions across organizations, driving innovation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions across cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI/ML strategies with business objectives.
  • Leverage advanced AI technologies and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and AI/ML services (e.g., MLOps, Generative Adversarial Networks).
  • Provide technical leadership and project management for AI/ML initiatives.


Qualifications for All Roles:

  • Proven experience in the relevant field, with leadership or hands-on development expertise.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and cloud-native services.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to manage complex technical challenges.
  • A client-centric, outcome-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.


Preferred Experience:

  • Certification in data management, architecture, or project delivery.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Qliksense, or MicroStrategy.
  • Expertise in AI/ML, deep learning, and large language models.
  • Experience in Microsoft Advanced Analytics and cloud technology projects.
