We are all about the delivery of class leading experiences for our clients, their employees and guests and need great people to join our team. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Site Supervisor to work at one of our leading Corporate Clients in Auckland.

A bit about the role:

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to manage the contracts in accordance with Spotless policies and procedures to ensure a high-quality service is provided to the client. The Cleaning Supervisor is further responsible for providing solid leadership & training to staff teams, building growth and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the contracts.

This is full time permanent position, and you must be able to work after normal business hours and weekends if required.

Some of the key responsibilities include but not limited to;

  • Lead a team of cleaners on site in accordance with Spotless policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring cleaning and associated duties are performed to a consistent and high-quality standard.
  • Client complaints are followed up immediately and resolved to clients' satisfaction.
  • Assist with staff training ensuring all are competent to complete their duties.
  • Ensure the site has correct materials and equipment to undertake relevant tasks.
  • Responsible for operational, employee and client relationship management with assistance of the Manager.
  • Demonstrate a passion for quality cleaning work and customer service.

Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role is an advantage
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, flexible and versatile.
Ability to influence with demonstrated leadership behaviours that empower others
