Are you a skilled STMS with a current CAT B practising license? We have a fantastic long term opportunity for you with our client, eager to get started ASAP!

What You'll Be Doing: As a Traffic Control Worker, you'll be the backbone of road safety, ensuring smooth traffic flow and the safety of all road users. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Strategically plan and set up traffic control sites using cones and signs.
  • Manage traffic with stop/go signs.
  • Maintain clear communication with your team using radios.


What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in traffic management.
  • Valid STMS Cat B practising license.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to reliability.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a tight-knit team.
  • Full Class 1 Driver’s License (Class 2 and WTR is a plus!).
  • Flexibility to work night shifts when required.
  • Excellent communication skills for seamless teamwork and public interaction.
