Position: Stage 1 Cabinet Maker

Role Overview:

As a Stage 1 Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for assembling the carcass units that form the backbone of our custom cabinetry. This is a hands-on role focused on building and assembling units to a high standard, with the opportunity for career growth into more technical and senior roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carcass Assembly: Assemble and construct the main structure (carcasses) of cabinetry, ensuring all components are accurate and fit together perfectly.
• Technical Precision: Follow construction drawings and work closely with the Stage 2 Cabinet Makers to ensure seamless transition to the next stage.
• Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks during assembly to maintain Aone’s high standards.
• Safety and Efficiency: Adhere to safety protocols and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team with Stage 2 Cabinet Makers, providing them with the necessary components to complete the final stages of the cabinetry.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in cabinet making or joinery (unqualified or early-stage professionals welcome).
• Ability to interpret basic construction drawings.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
• A current driver’s license is preferred.
