About the Role:
As the Warehouse 2IC, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations. You will work directly on the floor, ensuring smooth workflows, timely inventory management, and achieving daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role and help drive efficiency, safety, and quality within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the warehouse team to meet operational demands
• Ensure deliveries are unloaded, checked, and stored correctly
• Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods
• Work closely with the team leader to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Monitor safe work practices to maintain a secure workplace
• Identify and resolve warehouse constraints impacting production

What You Need to Succeed:

• Three or more years of warehouse experience, ideally in a leadership capacity
• Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and lean manufacturing
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ERP systems
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to engage and motivate the team
• A forklift licence is essential
