Job Description

Attendance and Wellbeing Administrator [25 hours per week]

Part-time, fixed term – term time only (covering Maternity Leave)

We are seeking an energetic support person to work alongside our Guidance Counsellors, Senior Management Team and Advisors. You will need to be a person who likes working with adolescents and families from varying backgrounds. You will be required to carry out regular checking and ongoing monitoring of student attendance. Your role also involves supporting the administration of our counselling service which requires triaging students, empathetic listening and patience!

Excellent time management and organisational skills are a must. A background in working with young people would be preferable.

The position is fixed term, part time – term time only, to cover Maternity Leave and is 25 hours per week – 8:30am – 2pm – Monday to Friday commencing on 7th April to the 19th September 2025.
