We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support quoting, supplier management, and sales coordination. If you have a background in smart home technology, AV, electrical, or security systems, this role offers the opportunity to work on premium projects while developing your career in an exciting industry.

What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Preparing high-quality sales quotes for smart home, AV, electrical, and security projects.
✔ Managing & updating pricing in D-Tools, ensuring all supplier data is accurate.
✔ Liaising with suppliers to secure the best pricing and maintain strong industry relationships.
✔ Scheduling sales appointments & managing CRM (Zoho) for efficient client tracking.
✔ Following up with clients to ensure a smooth sales process and project success.
✔ Supporting the growth of Safe N Sound by streamlining sales operations and improving efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Industry experience – Ideally from smart home automation, AV, electrical, or security sectors.
✅ Tech-savvy – Comfortable working with D-Tools, Zoho CRM, and quoting tools (or willing to learn quickly).
✅ Detail-oriented & highly organized – Can manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy in pricing and quoting.
✅ Strong communicator – Confident dealing with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
✅ Self-motivated & proactive – Works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Based in New Zealand – This is an NZ-based role, and we are not hiring internationally.
