He angitūtanga: The opportunity This role provides an oversight of the alcohol licensing team and is responsible for planning, leading and managing the proactive and reactive functions related to Alcohol Licensing to improve public health outhcomes.
He kōrero mōu: About you With a proven track record in producing high quality operational management of people, investigations, licensing and compliance in a regulatory setting, you are always striving to develop professionally as you build strong networks and relationships with multiple stakeholders in the regulatory sector. Having gained experience in leading teams and/or regulatory compliance, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to plan, organise and critically assess workflows and priorities.
As a leader, you will bring a strong focus on service delivery excellence with the ability to set clear expectations to empower staff in consistently providing customer-friendly service. You are someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and you are passionate about building a future for Auckland.
