New Shoots Ramarama is a centre bursting at the seams with fun, love, and laughter. Its not time to grow our team by one more. We are looking for a graduate teacher looking to start or grow their career in one of the best centres around.

Situated in Hunua Views, our centre is designed and built alongside early childhood professionals, architects, spatial designers, landscape architects and builders to create a one of a kind place for adventure, learning, and love.

Our staff and team are the backbone of our centre and we truly prioritise a place for teachers to be encouraged, enhanced, supported, and uplifted. Our culture is one of open communication, meaningful relationships, and respect. We want to see staff that also value those same ethics.

If you are a creative, fun, and positive person wanting to join an amazing team of kaiako then we would love to chat with you. A little more about you, you will have:

  • Reciently graduated with an education degree
  • Have your provisional registration or have started the process of obtaining your registration
  • Experience working with older tamariki in ECE
  • Have the ability to understand our tamariki and their interests, as well as fun and creative ways on extending their learning
  • Set relationships as the foundation for all you do. Meaningful relationships with our tamariki, their whanau, and our kaiako will be very important to you.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the flexibility to adapt your day as required.
