New Shoots Sunnynook is currently looking for an unqualified experienced infants teacher to bring their passion for care, routine, and respect to our team.

It is essential that you will have experience working with infants. Knowing their routines, care moments, needs, and also provide a level of nurturing that infants thrive on. You will have a deep understanding of the RIE and Pikler theories and utalise this as part of your day-to-day practice.

We are looking for an infants teacher with:

A kind, genuine, caring nature with a calm and understanding approach
Solid experience working with infants in an ECE environment
A fun, creative imagination and a passion for engaging with children through play and exploration
The ability to create a close knit and cohesive team
A solid track record of bringing a positive influence to your team
Experience in a RIE/Pikler inspired centre
The ability to see strengths in their teammates and encourage a cohesive and collaborative team culture.
