✨ We are looking for an exceptional Senior Marketing Manager to join one of our fastest growing brands! WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • You will develop, and implement brand marketing strategies that achieve business objectives for baby vertical diaper brands
  • You will be leading ideation, development and execution of marketing strategies for Rascals' tier one markets in line with best-in-class FMCG brand marketing practice
  • You will be leading a team of 3 brand marketing talents and be responsible for up-skilling, training, and developing them
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and activations for Rascals new geographies, retailers and NPD launches
  • Manage 360 marketing campaigns from concept to completion, bringing them to life by building strong relationships with external agency partners, and internal cross functional teams.
  • Gather and analyse data and insights from external sources such as the market, customers, prospects, and industry analysts, as well as internal sources such as customer service and sales, to understand customers’ needs and apply these insights to marketing strategies & tactics.
  • Manage brand marketing budgets from planning to execution, with a particular focus on ongoing optimisation of activity and spend. Responsible for deploying marketing resources in a way that achieves key financial targets. 
  • Develop marketing plans and objectives as part of annual business planning with commercial and product teams to help create strategic growth brands.
  • Lead the Digital Media planning & marketing measurement framework for Rascals including setting KPIs and reviewing activity against performance to identify strategies that are successful in driving growth.  
  • Build strong relationships with key retail customers and media partners, to develop and deliver strong execution plans.
  • Leadership, mentorship and growth of the Rascals brand marketing team, managing junior team members to deliver and execute plans across the brand, including:
  • Establishing processes that empower team members to work efficiently and embody continuous improvement
  • Day-to-day management of junior team members in accordance with wider business priorities


WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Relevant years of experience in a brand marketing management role with a depth & breadth of brand experience at a senior level, including strong focus on social/digital marketing, PR and retail marketing as a priority
  • FMCG/CPG experience preferable (ideally between 7-10 years)
  • Strong commercial & business acumen, strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Must demonstrate leadership ability and be able to influence and motivate cross-functional teams, while holding stakeholders accountable to deliver on business objectives. 
  • Proven experience managing, developing and motivating direct reports and helping junior markers perform to a high standard.
  • Strong communication & influencing skills, with the ability to translate messages across a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A go-getter with energy, creativity and determination to continuously improve and push boundaries. Strong solutions-focussed mindset, with high levels of resilience & passion.
