Job Description

KidsCan is seeking a highly organised and customer focused Receptionist/Office Admin for a 6 month fixed term contract. This pivotal role ensures the efficient functioning of KidsCan by providing comprehensive support across various departments. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining effective office procedures, fostering a welcoming environment for both staff and visitors, and supporting the finance team with administrative tasks.

What you'll do:

Your role will be central to the smooth operation of KidsCan. You'll handle a variety of tasks from managing inbound calls and general admin as required. Your organisational skills will shine as you provide administrative support across different departments. Your attention to detail, patience and excellent communication skills will be crucial.

  • Manage inbound calls, screen, and direct accordingly in a timely manner.
  • Maintain office safety protocols and controlling access through the reception area.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and well-equipped with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing mail, coordinating couriers, maintaining stationery supplies, handling filing and complete general admin tasks.
  • Assist with various projects and ad hoc duties as required.
