Your Impact
As the Senior Category Insights Manager you will drive category strategy by leveraging insights, data, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize category growth, shopper engagement, and business performance.

- Developing channel category strategies
- Shaping category vision (input and outputs)
- Owning customer shopper data – leverage analytics and behaviour
- Driving merchandising principles and development
- Identify category growth drivers
- Leveraging E-Commerce insights
- Key conduit with category strategy and partnerships
- Lead MEC quarterly reviews and strategic forums
About You
Recognized as a top talent in FMCG, your advanced analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and proven ability to influence and negotiate will enable you to drive category growth, build strong stakeholder partnerships, and successfully develop and implement insight-led category strategies
- Strong analytical skills

- Proven leadership/mentoring of junior team members
- Business planning
- Nielsen and Tableau exposure
- *MS Excel* high level
- Consultancy experience with Big-4 or FMCG
