Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Growth
- Identify, nurture, and capitalise on new revenue opportunities within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion strategies.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans to broaden ZEIL’s market presence.
- Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve customer retention, adoption, and lifetime value.
Customer Success & Onboarding
- Own the customer journey from onboarding to retention, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience.
- Design and refine onboarding processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs and provide strategic recommendations.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating with product teams to align ZEIL’s offerings with real-world challenges.
Industry Marketing & Product Innovation
- Partner with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute industry campaigns, positioning ZEIL as a thought leader.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to shape ZEIL’s product roadmap.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success, platform engagement, and growth.
