We are seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical Informatics Specialist to join our team. About the Role
As a Clinical Informatics Specialist, you will:
Identify and address informatics needs within the organisation.
Coordinate IT projects, including change management and implementation.
Administer and maintain clinical patient management systems, including MOSAIQ and CIRO.
Deliver data analytics and reporting to enhance clinical practices and support business decisions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that align with HCW's strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
System Development & Project Management: Maintain and enhance MOSAIQ and CIRO, design workflows, and liaise with vendors.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Provide actionable insights to improve productivity and clinical outcomes.
IT Systems Administration: Support testing, commissioning, and installation of new IT systems.
Collaboration & Leadership: Facilitate project meetings, foster teamwork, and build strong relationships across clinical and administrative groups. Get the team onboard with new projects and encourage engagement.

A degree in Information Technology or a Health-related discipline.

Solid understanding of databases and SQL.
