We are seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical Informatics Specialist to join our team. About the Role
As a Clinical Informatics Specialist, you will:
- Identify and address informatics needs within the organisation.
- Coordinate IT projects, including change management and implementation.
- Administer and maintain clinical patient management systems, including MOSAIQ and CIRO.
- Deliver data analytics and reporting to enhance clinical practices and support business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that align with HCW's strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Development & Project Management: Maintain and enhance MOSAIQ and CIRO, design workflows, and liaise with vendors.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Provide actionable insights to improve productivity and clinical outcomes.
- IT Systems Administration: Support testing, commissioning, and installation of new IT systems.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Facilitate project meetings, foster teamwork, and build strong relationships across clinical and administrative groups. Get the team onboard with new projects and encourage engagement.

- Solid understanding of databases and SQL.
