We are seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical Informatics Specialist to join our team. About the Role

As a Clinical Informatics Specialist, you will:

  • Identify and address informatics needs within the organisation.
  • Coordinate IT projects, including change management and implementation.
  • Administer and maintain clinical patient management systems, including MOSAIQ and CIRO.
  • Deliver data analytics and reporting to enhance clinical practices and support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that align with HCW's strategic direction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • System Development & Project Management: Maintain and enhance MOSAIQ and CIRO, design workflows, and liaise with vendors.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Provide actionable insights to improve productivity and clinical outcomes.
  • IT Systems Administration: Support testing, commissioning, and installation of new IT systems.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Facilitate project meetings, foster teamwork, and build strong relationships across clinical and administrative groups. Get the team onboard with new projects and encourage engagement.

  • A degree in Information Technology or a Health-related discipline.

Highly Desirable Skills:

  • Qualifications in health informatics.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Business Information tools (e.g., Google Looker, Tableau, Microsoft BI).
  • Solid understanding of databases and SQL.
  • Project management expertise.
