The Role:

As our newest Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice for our valued clients. No two days are the same!

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers assisting walk-in’s and phone-in customers with orders, and product enquiries.
  • Working closely with our awesome sales team on quotes, pricing, and order deliveries.
  • Manage and track customer orders, shipments and service requests with precision.
  • Help improve our processes – we value your ideas!
  • Keeping our CRM system humming smoothly.
  • Providing all-round support to keep the office running like a well-oiled machine


You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • A passion for people and a laser-sharp focus on customer satisfaction
  • Tech- savvy with Microsoft tools and CRM systems – (salesforce, propeller even better but not essential).
  • Clear confident communication is key.
  • industry experience or an interest in; engineering, manufacturing, or automotive.
  • A team spirit with a global mindset.
