We’re looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join our team for 32 hours per week. This role is based in our Orewa office, within walking distance of the beach and reports to an experienced and supportive P&C Manager who has been with the business for 4+ years.

As a trusted HR Advisor, you’ll
Provide expert ER advice and support on a range of employment matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
Partner with Leaders, providing coaching and support with a strong focus on employee relations
Work closely with the P&C team to deliver key initiatives contributing to our culture
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice HR
What you’ll bring
3+ years HR experience, with strong working knowledge of NZ employment legislation
A passion for coaching leaders, helping them to navigate people challenges with confidence
Excellent communication and relationship building skills – you easily connect with a diverse range of people and thrive in a fast-paced people focused environment
A proactive, solutions focus approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Great organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability
Ability to balance working as part of a team and autonomously
