Employment Type: Permanent, full-time, salaried role working Monday-Friday
About the Role:
The Commercial Logistics Specialist will be integral in supporting the Commercial Manager with the development, negotiation, and administration of contractual arrangements with suppliers and customers. This role will focus on ensuring profitability through agreement pricing and structure, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and providing commercial support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key contact for contractual matters with customers and suppliers.
- Lead pricing for contract management, ensuring competitive rates.
- Maintain and update contract records for visibility and communication.
- Provide guidance and training to Regional Area Managers on contracts.
- Uphold QUBE’s core values and ensure compliance with safety and risk standards.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 10 years of port logistics/commercial experience with a strong understanding of contractual matters.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail, essential
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders, provide commercial support to Regional Area Managers, and lead pricing and contract negotiations
