Our client located in Henderson is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team.
About You:
Are you the go-to person when it comes to dotting i's, crossing t's, and balancing every cent down to the decimal? We're looking for a Finance All-Rounder who thrives on structure, accuracy, and keeping things moving behind the scenes.
Main Responsibilities
- Rich experience in a similar finance / accounting role.
- Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Assist with financial reporting and maintaining records
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Provide administrative support to the finance team
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial matters
- Assist with general office administration tasks as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in finance administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
