TTM Worker - Join Civil Construction!

Looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? Take charge of the iconic Stop/Go paddle and become a key player in keeping Dunedin's roads safe and flowing smoothly!
We're on the hunt for energetic, reliable team players to join us as Traffic Controllers / TTM Workers. You'll be the face of safety on site - directing traffic, protecting your crew, and helping road users navigate through work zones. You'll learn how to use radio gear, handle all sorts of situations with road users, and follow health & safety procedures like a pro - all while making a real difference on the road.

What You'll Get:

We're Looking For:

• Physically fit, able-bodied, and comfortable with manual work
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Great communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Restricted or Full Class 1 Licence and access to your own transport
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
