Wanaclean, a leading commercial cleaning company in Dunedin, is looking for an experienced HR Advisor/Coordinator to join our small, dedicated team. This is a part-time role, ideal for someone with a background in HR, especially in recruitment, contracts law, and health and safety within the cleaning or trade industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and contract administration for employees and contractors.
  • Advise on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure compliance with New Zealand's OSH standards and coordinate health and safety processes.


We're looking for someone with:

  • Relevant experience in HR, ideally in a small business or trade environment.
  • Experience in handling disciplinary matters and grievances
  • In-depth knowledge of New Zealand employment law and health and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • HR qualifications (preferred not essential).
