About the roles
2 roles available
Part time role - 18 hours a week: Friday to Sunday 3pm to 9.30 pm
Full-time role - 33 hours per week: Thurs - 7am to 1.30 pm, Fri -7am to 1.30 pm, Sat - 7am to 3 pm, Sun - 3pm to 9.30 pm and Mon - 7am to 3 pm

Duties
Provide resident directed care and support our residents with activities of daily living.
Work under the direction of a Registered nurse as part of the Care Team.
Foster an environment of acceptance and choice.
Contributes to and demonstrates knowledge and use of resident directed Care Plans.
Provide support for the family.
Skills and Experience Required:
Health and Wellbeing certificate preferred.
Excellent attitude and demonstrate self-motivation and proactiveness.
Previous experience in aged care or working with the elderly is preferred.
Problem solving and decision-making skills.
Empathy and kindness to make a difference in our residents' lives.
