We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales PA/Administrators to join an established, successful and high-performing sales team.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for ensuring everything runs at maximum efficiency by providing ongoing sales support, organising advertising and marketing, and managing the administration throughout the sales process allowing the team to focus on what they do best - selling!

- Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate sector or a related field.
- Skills: Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and external partners.
- Technology Proficiency: Competence in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems relevant to the real estate industry.

- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic needs of clients and the real estate market.
