We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Operations Analyst to join our team and help drive operational efficiency while optimizing financial outcomes for our Wellington and Hutt Valley teams who deliver public transport contracts in the region.
This flexible, part-time role (32 hours per week) is ideal for an individual seeking a position that aligns with their availability and offers flexibility in both hours and location, while using their analytical skills to contribute to our business success.
You will work closely with our operational teams to provide data administration support that is critical to optimise our service delivery and performance. This will involve managing data inputs, tracking trends and highlighting potential issues that will inform decision making and ongoing improvement for our public transport contracts.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities and the drive to dive deep into challenges. Rather than overlook issues, they'll take initiative to investigate and resolve them.
This role will report through to our Contract Performance Manager who is more than willing to share her skills and provide mentorship to advance your analytical and data skillset.
Who are we looking for?
- Someone with previous administrative experience with great attention to detail.
- An analytical and inquisitive thinker to take the initiative and investigate service delivery trends and potential contract setbacks.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with using excel, navigating systems and managing data sets.
- Great communicator and a collaborative approach to work with your key stakeholders.
