What you'll do:

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this dynamic organisation.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy.
• Own the relationship with our paid media agency for demand-gen initiatives.
• Analyse market data, customer behaviour, and feedback to understand Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Partner closely with the sales team to align on key accounts, goals, and messaging.
• Deploy ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts with personalised messaging.
• Design technical customer journeys and automated workflows that move prospects through the funnel.
• Measure pipeline performance using key metrics such as MQLs, SALs, SQLs, pipeline growth, and ROI.
• Explore new marketing opportunities and channels.

What you bring:

You should have proven experience creating and owning demand generation programs, ideally in SaaS and international markets.

• Proven experience creating and owning demand generation programs.
• Ability to design and execute personalised multi-channel campaigns.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing automation platforms including CRM systems.
• Proven success working closely with sales and data teams.
• Data-driven approach to tracking, measuring, and optimising performance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
