We're looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Foreman / Supervisor to lead from the front on a range of civil construction projects around the Waikato. Based out of our Melville workshop, you'll start your days early (6AM sharp) and play a key role in keeping our team on track, safe, and producing high-quality work.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who’s not afraid to get stuck in—whether it's footpath installation, kerb and channel work, or jumping on the tools when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and coordinating the daily operations of your crew
Running toolbox meetings and ensuring safety is a top priority on site
Overseeing project scopes, managing timelines, and keeping quality in check
Working closely with both your team and management to deliver great outcomes
Ensuring all work meets client expectations and aligns with company standards and SOPs
What You’ll Bring:
Solid experience in civil construction (especially in footpaths, kerbs, drainage, etc.)
Ideally bring some experience in a foreman or leadership role within civil construction industry, highly advantageous
A natural ability to lead, communicate clearly, and motivate your crew and collaborate across site teams
Competency operating diggers and forklifts (bonus if you’re certified)
A current Full Driver’s Licence (manual)
A strong understanding of health & safety practices and site compliance
TTM certification (TMO or STMS) is a big plus
