About the Role

In this role, you will contribute to a discovery project focused on information security and compliance. You’ll analyse business workflows, identify gaps in systems like TeamWork, GoGet, and SharePoint, and document user stories, requirements, and areas for improvement.
Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll test assumptions, recommend changes, and deliver a comprehensive report outlining security controls, user needs, and potential solutions. This discovery is part of a broader programme aimed at streamlining processes, enhancing information management, and addressing staff challenges through new applications and improved systems.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Investigate business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance customer experiences for staff and external users.
  • Define, document, and prioritise requirements for small-scale changes, supporting complex change initiatives as needed.
  • Analyse business processes, recommend alternative solutions, and design improvements to increase efficiency and leverage new technologies.
  • Support feasibility assessments, develop business cases, and identify tangible costs and benefits for potential projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Project Managers and Solution Architects, to deliver effective solutions and improvements.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders to support strategies, process improvements, and decisions.
  • Skilled in developing creative, resourceful solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience in testing, mapping, and improving business processes and protocols.
  • Proficient in using industry technology systems for data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Strong written communication, presentation skills, and understanding of agile methodologies and tools.
  • Proactive, able to work independently, and effectively manage time and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with data migration, integration, and risk management frameworks.
