Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Linux systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Implement SRE best practices to optimize system reliability and efficiency.
Provide application support within the financial sector, addressing incidents and performing root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with network teams to manage on-prem and cloud-based infrastructures.
Utilize observability tools, primarily Elastic Search and Kibana, for monitoring and analysis.
Engage in routine business-as-usual tasks on Microsoft Azure, ensuring seamless operations.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven Linux administration experience, with a focus on RHEL environments.
SRE experience with a track record of implementing reliability engineering principles.
RHEL Engineer certification.
Experience supporting applications preferrably in the financial sector.
Strong networking skills, encompassing both on-premises and cloud environments.
Proficiency in observability tools, (preferrably Elastic Search and Kibana).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
