Job Description

As a key member of our client success team, you will play a critical role in driving partnership growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The role is HYBRID, with 2 days from home and 3 days in our Takapuna office, close to the main bus stop and a stone’s throw from the beach and all other amenities that Takapuna has to offer.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Be there for your clients and the internal teams to ensure we all get a result
- Maintain and grow relationships with clients to increase revenue and maximize client retention.
- Relationship building and retention is your core focus
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account revenue.
- Create and deliver effective presentations and proposals to clients that showcase our offerings and meet their unique needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage client contracts, including renewals and negotiations.
- Track and report on account performance, including revenue and client satisfaction metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in digital account management.
- Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and increasing revenue.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development.
- Proficiency with sales and project management software and CRMs.
- Quick learner with strong negotiating skills.
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and work within our proven account management process.
- Strong personal time management skills.
- Client-facing meetings experience.
