What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and Inspire: Oversee and motivate a skilled team, ensuring our property’s high standards of maintenance and safety are met and exceeded.
  • Master Planner: Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs, ensuring every system—from HVAC to water systems—is operating efficiently.
  • Sustainability Champion: Drive innovative solutions to reduce our environmental impact. We’re committed to green practices, and you’ll help lead the charge.
  • Be the Problem-Solver: Handle emergency repairs and tackle complex technical challenges with speed and creativity, helping to ensure our guests’ comfort at every moment.
  • Project Manager: Oversee capital projects, renovations, and refurbishments, working with contractors and vendors to elevate the hotel experience.


What Makes You the Ideal Candidate?

  • Experience & Expertise: Proven experience in senior engineering or facilities management roles within the hotel, resort, or similar industry. Some project management exposure would add a definite advantage. Relevant qualifications will be considered.
  • Leadership: A natural leader, capable of inspiring a diverse team and collaborating with various departments.
  • Tech-Savvy: In-depth knowledge of technical equipment and systems, along with a knack for problem-solving.
