Are you a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant looking to support senior stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We're looking for an experienced PA to join our team and provide high-level administrative and operational support.

The role:

You will be providing PA support to two of our Tribe Leads - GM Level and be the 'go to' person for the Wealth and My Everyday Money Tribes. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication across all tribes and business partners.

The following are the key areas of focus:

  • Manage diaries, meetings, team events and travel arrangements, liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Support with expenses, accounts payable, payroll / employee records, risk, health and safety and other internal processing and records management ensuring as key contact for the GMs that policy and practices are adhered to.
  • Minute-taking and general support for meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and draft correspondence.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks with a high level of detail
  • Health, Safety and Wellbeing champion
  • Provide assistance and coordination with projects and initiatives implemented and managed by the Tribes as and when required.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience as a PA in a large organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in liaising with senior leadership
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities
  • Knowledge of financial forecasting and reconciliation is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Natural discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentially
