About the role
We’re on the lookout for a tech-savvy problem-solver to join our dynamic IT team in Queenstown as a Service Desk Analyst. In this role, you’ll provide frontline technical support to Skyline sites across New Zealand and offshore. You’ll be the go-to for everything from desktop support and user admin to software installs and system troubleshooting. This position is based at our Queenstown offices, with no remote work options available due to the hands-on nature of the support required.

The ideal candidate will bring:
• a degree in IT, Computer Science or 3+ years’ experience in IT systems support or a similar role,
• 2+ years experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure,
• strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic networking,
• excellent communication and problem-solving skills,
• a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-player mindset,
• familiarity with ITIL best practices and helpdesk ticketing systems.

This Role Offers:
• $70,000 - $80,000 per annum with 40 hours per week guaranteed,
