Job Description

As an Operations Assistant / Vehicle Groomer, you will play a pivotal role in our rental's operation. This diverse role offers variety that includes customer-facing and general administration duties as well as vehicle cleaning and driving passenger services as required.

There is ample opportunity for progression in our ever-expanding operation, for the right person.

What your day will look like:

  • Front reception duties; greeting customers and answering phone enquiries.
  • Processing online reservations.
  • Preparing vehicles for customers
  • Checking Vehicles in and out to meet our high presentation and safety standards
  • General administrative tasks to support our operation
  • Driving our passenger services as required
  • Grooming and detailing our impressive fleet of vehicles


Our ideal candidate:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous administration or customer service experience.
  • Attention to detail and a sense of pride
  • Pleasant & mature personality
  • Strong communication skills - verbal & written
  • Tech savvy with the ability and passion to learn new systems
  • Full NZ Drivers Licence & the ability to obtain a Passenger Endorsement
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-changing environment.
  • Ambition to be promoted and be in sole charge of the branch
